Refund Policy

EduNext Educational Services

At EduNext Educational Services, we maintain a strict No Refund policy for all consulting, application, and service-related fees, except in cases where a verifiable error has occurred from our side.

Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.

1. General Policy

All payments made to EduNext Educational Services—whether via UPI, bank transfer, cheque, cash, or any other method—are non-refundable, except in rare and specific cases outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following strict conditions:

  • A confirmed payment was made, and due to a verifiable internal error (e.g., form not submitted by our team despite complete documentation and communication), the admission process could not be initiated.
  • The seat was unavailable or the admission was denied due to reasons within our control after confirmation and receipt of all required documents.

Refund requests will not be entertained under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or decision by the student or guardian
  • Failure to submit required documents or delayed submission
  • Disqualification based on eligibility criteria
  • Lack of response or cooperation from the client after payment
  • Any issue arising from the university, board, or third-party institution

3. Timeframe for Request

  • Any refund request must be submitted in writing to contact@edunexteducation.com within 15 days of the payment date.
  • Requests beyond this period will not be considered under any condition.

4. Processing & Deductions

If a refund is approved:

  • A standard processing and administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.
  • The balance (if any) will be refunded within 15–30 business days via bank transfer only.

5. Supporting Documentation

Clients must provide:

  • Proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID, etc.)
  • Relevant communication records
  • Any other documentation requested for review

Refunds are issued only after internal verification and management approval.

6. Final Decision

EduNext Educational Services reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice

Our goal is to ensure fair and transparent processes, but we also reserve the right to protect our resources from misuse.
